The starting point is listening: what you like about the performance, what is getting lost and what you want the finished recording to feel like. Reference tracks and a rough mix help us talk about the same things.
I work on recordings I’ve captured and sessions brought to me from elsewhere. The number of songs, condition of the files, editing needed and intended use all affect the scope. We’ll talk through those details before I start.
For video, we’ll look at the footage you have, how it lines up with the audio and where the finished piece will be watched. The edit and delivery formats are part of the project conversation, with video work quoted separately from the audio calculator.
