I work with artists and venues in Washington, D.C. and the surrounding DMV area, and also take on projects in Nashville. Recording a performance takes planning alongside the live sound: which microphones and console outputs are available, how to capture the audience and room, and how to fit the recording into the setup without getting in the way of the show.
Audio, video and post-production work best when we plan them together. Camera positions, venue access and the finished format matter just as much as microphone placement. Tell me what you hope to make and we can work out what the shoot needs.
Keeping the tracks or footage from a performance and producing a finished piece are different amounts of work. We agree on the recording, audio mix, video edit and files you need before the date. Video is quoted for the project; the audio calculator does not include it automatically.

It means keeping sources on separate tracks instead of only recording the stereo mix from the show. That gives us more control over the balance when we mix afterward. The available channels and routing depend on the setup.
No. The audio calculator covers audio work. Video recording, editing and the finished audio mix need an agreed scope. Tell me which parts you need so the quote covers the actual project.
